She began her career as a top performing RE/MAX Agent and then went on to hold various regional and national leadership positions with major, real estate related companies, such as homes.com and RE/MAX Corporate.

During her career, Fiona has been called on as an expert giving countless media interviews, authoring numerous real estate articles, and hosting / participating in a multitude of real estate podcasts. Fiona has been certified to teach “luxury” real estate strategies to real estate agents seeking continuing education. She has been a sought-after speaker regionally, nationally, and even internationally which has included industry gatherings in Spain, Rome & Turkey.Her expertise, leadership and compassion through the pandemic years was so exemplary, Fiona received the coveted Vanguard Award and was named one of the 50 Greatest Leaders in the Real Estate Industry.

Fiona is also a vacation rental expert having personally owned and operated a bevy of profitable, vacation properties. She has grown a successful storage company which has multiple locations. She has vast experience in HOA & Condo Associations. Fiona has assisted in crafting association documents and has served as President for various associations…for multiple terms.

Post Pandemic, Fiona decided she wanted to refocus her career on what she truly loved and sorely missed – helping clients through real estate transactions! So with great excitement, Fiona joined her husband (David), as a business partner, in his RE/MAX Brokerage and formed the dynamic, award winning, “King Team”. Fiona & David are committed to protecting the interests of their many clients, and are obsessed with, excellence in customer service.
